CO2 and Dry Ice Supply
We supply dry ice in various thicknesses in forms of blocks, slices and pellets with various diameters.
At a higher yearly demand, it is more economical to produce dry ice on site. We would supply a CO2 storage tank, an ASCO Pelletizer and supply the required CO2 by road tanker. The fully automatic ASCO Pelletizer is very easy to operate (start/stop). If you produce your dry ice yourself, you profit of a maximum on quality and flexibility in the daily working process and of enormous cost savings.
Smaller quantities of dry ice will be supplied in insulated dry ice boxes.
Dry Ice is the name for solid CO2. At atmospheric pressure it has a temperature of approx. -79°C. The solid CO2 turns directly into the gaseous CO2 (sublimation). The evaporisation is residue free. Dry Ice is non toxic, non flammable, inert, tasteless, odourless and bakteriostatic. It is white and in a pressed condition it has a density of approx. 1'500 kg/m3.
Dry Ice is an ideal cooling media which can be used for many applications. It has a high cooling capacity.
